With zero caffeine, and no added sugar, this anti-inflammatory CBD turmeric latte will start your day off with zero caffeine jitters, no energy crash, and a calm mind ready to tackle the day.

What you'll need

⁠ - 1 1/2 c. oat milk ⁠

- 1 tbs turmeric powder ⁠

- Nutmeg to taste⁠

- Pinch of black pepper⁠

- Your fav CBD tincture⁠ (you can find some here, too)

- Optional: Ginger or Vanilla Bean⁠


Bringing it Together


Hot:

- Simmer oat milk with turmeric powder, pepper, nutmeg, and optional flavorings to combine. 

- Pour heated oat milk mixture and blend in your CBD tincture with a frothing wand.


Chilled:

- Simmer oat milk with turmeric powder, pepper, nutmeg, and optional flavorings to combine

- Let oat milk mixture cool for 5 minutes

Pour over ice and add in your CBD tincture
