We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly and we’ll take you through the process.

It depends on the creator and the product. All options are outlined on the product page, so look out for customization options there.

Payments

We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, PayPal, and Afterpay. 

For orders outside of the U.S., we recommend using PayPal, especially if the card-issuing bank is not U.S.-based.

Afterpay is a service that allows us to offer our customers the ability to make purchases now and pay for them in four equal payments made every 2 weeks without any interest.

According to Afterpay's business policy, Afterpay cannot be used to purchase hemp products at the moment. At wellness.global, we're working with Afterpay team to extend coverage to all products.

Just shop on wellness.global and check out as usual. At checkout, choose Afterpay as your payment method. You will be directed to the AfterPay website to register and provide payment details (Visa or Mastercard). If you've used Afterpay before, just log in to your Afterpay account. Then complete your order - it's that easy! 

Afterpay orders are delivered within our standard shipping time frames like any order from wellness.global. Free standard shipping is available for U.S. orders over $50.

Afterpay returns follow our standard return process. Please visit our refund policy page to initiate your return. Please note, refunds for Afterpay will first be refunded from wellness.global to Afterpay, and then to you. We cannot provide an exchange or cash refund. Have more questions about Afterpay returns? Shipping and Returns

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.

It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@wellness.global. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can read more about our refund policy here.

Driving for wellness.global

Customers order their health essentials through wellness.global, then Drivers earn money by picking up the order at a location nearby and delivering it directly to the customer's door.

Orders are typically much higher priced than food delivery or rideshare fares, which leads to bigger tips - and that's a win for your bank account!

You can drive full time, part time, or whenever you want.

Delivering products means you can use any vehicle that works for you, listen to whatever tunes you want, and never have to stress over somebody's lunch getting cold.

Drivers also appreciate being a bit more active, because they hop in and out of their car (or on and off their bike) to pick up and deliver orders.

In short, you earn more and have more fun!

Yes! It is fast and easy to sign up online, after which you will be asked to complete a background check. It only takes a few minutes to fill everything out and most drivers are approved in less than a week.

All you need to start earning money is a smartphone, a valid license, and any mode of insured transportation - car, scooter, or motorcycle.

Prior work experience isn’t required. Drivers come from all kinds of backgrounds and could be taxi drivers, moms, truckers, or students - and we welcome drivers from other gig services like Uber, DoorDash, Lyft, PostMates, Amazon, Instacart, and Lyft.

Once you receive an order, you can see the pickup location and delivery address. Once you accept the order you just follow these steps (clearly outlined in the Driver app):

1. Drive to the wellness.global location
2. Give the dispatcher your transfer code to transfer the products
3. Deliver to the customer to drop off their order
4. Profit!
