As light as it is rich, our new Lavender Ayurvedic Restorative Moisturizing Cream is rooted in ayurvedic traditions. A vegan cream with the base of Candelilla wax, Olive oil, Noni berries and Poppy flowers, Lavender and German Chamomile - it is a unique formulation to maintain youthful skin and restore damaged skin. It is soothing and calming to sensitive skin as well. Potent ingredients such as Olive Oil and Jojoba Oil moisturize dehydrated skin. Aloe Vera Gel supports collagen production for improved elasticity. Lavender, German Chamomile & Carrot Seed essential oils are antioxidant oils - wonderful for skin health. Lavender Hydrosol and Essential Oil are both used in this formula. Lavender with its anti-inflammatory properties aids in skin lightening, reduces discoloration, dark spots, blotchiness and redness. Rich in antioxidants like the rest of the oils in this formula it helps protect the skin from free radical damage thus improving the appearance of existing wrinkles and reducing formation of new ones. Carrot Seed is an antioxidant, reducing cellular free radical damage and rejuvenating aging skin. German Chamomile has the abilty to penetrate into the deeper layers of the skin where its anti-inflammatory action restores and soothes sensitive or irritated skin. Noni Berry with its abundance of Vitamins particularly Vitamins A & C, and various antioxidants rejuvenates the skin and protects it against free radical damage. Poppy Flowers contain almost 40% of tri-linoleic acid, and high concentrations of palmitic acid providing the cream with barrier repair properties, which make it an excellent ingredient for barrier damaged, mature, dry and dehydrated skin and skin with uneven tone. The synergistic action of all of these ingredients together results in a product which is a light and cooling cream that delivers great results.
